Welcome to our RCM Energy Center!

This web application highlights our cutting-edge energy program and contains the central database and support system for our site-based energy conservation program. Our focus is to help each school achieve maximum energy efficiency in the most convenient way possible.

According to the Environmental Protection Agency and the US Department of Energy's ENERGY STAR program, Gresham-Barlow is the most energy efficient school district in the entire nation.  This last school year we exceeded $1,300,000 in cost savings which equates to a 47% reduction in energy consumption based on 1997/1998 usage. This money (which was at one time paid to utilities) is now being used to educate our children.
